Terms, Returns & Delivery

What we sell

We sell renovated (rebuilt) mattresses that contain used materials. They are rebuilt and sanitized by MBC Mattress Co. in Corona, California, a CalRecycle-registered mattress renovator, and each one carries the California law label for secondhand (used) material. Mattresses only: box springs and frames are not included.

Prices and fees

Prices are shown on the site before you pay. Every order also includes a $30 delivery fee. California sales tax is added at checkout based on your delivery address. Your receipt lists each charge separately.

Delivery

• You pick your delivery day at checkout. We text you a delivery time window the day before.
• Someone 18 or older needs to be home to receive the delivery.
• If we can't reach the address or no one is home, we'll text or call to reschedule at no charge for the first time.
• We deliver within 30 days of your order. If we ever can't, you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before your delivery leaves for a full refund, including the delivery fee. Call or text (657) 712-5813.

Returns

• At delivery: please look over your mattress before we leave. If it's damaged or the wrong size, you can refuse it for a full refund or an exchange.
• After delivery: for health and sanitation reasons, we can't take back a mattress once it has been accepted.
• Defects: if you find a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, text us a photo and we'll exchange it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Text messages

We text you about your order and delivery. Deal and referral texts are only sent if you say yes, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them.
